About Us

The OCSO Star Charity was founded by members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff?s Office in 2014 to help fellow employees in need. The Charity provides financial support and labor assistance to OCSO employees and other charities during times of crisis or financial burden due to unexpected catastrophes. Since its' inception the charity has donated more than $250,000 to people and organizations in need. We are funded by numerous OCSO employees donating to the charity via payroll deduction, random one time donations, and fund raisers held annually that are supported by the public as well.
