Do You Even Think Before You Speak?
Jocelyn G. Donahoo, author of the poetry book Do You Even Think Before You Speak?, and the novella The Cookie Cutter House, is a medically retired home health nurse, who heeded to a still, small voice that suggested she take a creative writing course. She did, was bitten by the writer's bug, and has been writing every since. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1988, she believes despite any challenges, she has to press, think positive, and encourages others to do the same.
Two-time Northwest Florida State College LaRoche Poetry Contest Award winner, she is available as a poet and motivational speaker for organizations and schools.
