I grew up in the southwest deserts of California, Nevada and Arizona as the youngest of four children in the 1960s. My father was an Air Force test pilot and my mother was an artist. We moved to Florida where I finished high school, married my high school sweetheart and together raised twin daughters. I am active in the church and community, particularly with service organizations dedicated to young children through high school. I enjoy running, tennis, golf and aerial photography. I am excited to meet new people who share some of my passions. I have a masters in software engineering and by day, work for a leading global security company. I also enjoy travel for work and leisure which includes visiting my now adult daughters living in Manhattan.

My name is Harry Holmes and I am an Enrolled Agent (EA).  I have been preparing and representing tax clients since 1993.  I also work as a Quickbooks accounting systems pro advisor for many clients setting up and helping with their bookkeeping needs.

Chris joined the District in February 2024.  He has over 24 years of experience in the natural gas industry working for publicly traded utility companies and contractors in the areas of engineering, measurement, operations, construction, contractor management, program management, compliance, and varying levels of leadership.  He began his career with Atmos Energy Corporation, and has also worked with Magnolia River Services, and System Services Pipeline.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University.  He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayland Baptist University and is currently completing his dissertation work for a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Management from Wayland Baptist University.  He is married with two daughters and two dogs that drive him crazy.  He enjoys volunteering in the community and helping others.
