Jenni Brunson has been the Marketing Manager at Twin Cities Hospital since November 2005. Her responsibilities include business development, marketing, public relations, & fundraising. In her role she also coordinates and participates in community events, trade shows, and expos. She serves as representative for all local Chambers of Commerce and is the current Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board, co-founded the Niceville Young Professionals Committee in 2015, and served as Honorary Commander for the 505^th CCW at Hurlburt Field in 2015.

Stephen W. (Steve) Ruckel has been married to Rhonda since 1971, they have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. Steve brings a wealth of experiences to his consulting amd coaching practice. Steve is a retired bank president, real estate broker and developer, marketing director, home health care owner, and is an ordained minister. He has a business management degree from OWCC, a B.S. in finance from Florida State University, a M.A. in theology and worked on his doctorate in leadership and renewal at Regent University. He and Rhonda are certified life coaches, and certified Myers Briggs consultants. Steve consults with both churches and businesses specializing in strategic planning, visioneering, organizational develoment, and leadership transformation.
