Worker Statue™ # 77 Dedication!
Niceville’s Civilian Conservation Corps Camp was one of the first CCC camps in the Nation, the first in Florida, and the only one in Okaloosa County. It contributed to the local economy during the Great Depression and was instrumental in the early development of Eglin Field.
